Welcome.
This travel journal serves as a memory of trips that my family has taken over the years. Over the decade+ my wife and I have been together, along with our now four children, we have put travel as one of the most important tenets of our family. Regardless of it being domestic or international, our goal is to ensure our children understand and enjoy the world around them to better prepare them for their lives ahead.
Ultimately, we want something that our children will be able to look back on in twenty or thirty years that they can look at with their children, and eventually, grandchildren. No day is ever promised, which is why we strive to create memories while we are here.
That is why we have created Pharr From Home. It is a play on our family name, but also indicative of our nature. To be on the go, exploring the world around us.
On this journal, you will find our POV on our trips, our written notes and memories, our photos, and eventually, our videos.
Whether you are family, friend, or guest, I hope you enjoy walking through these memories as much as we did creating them. In addition, to our travel, we will share how we have planned our trips and anything else we feel like might be of benefit.
